Mirko did awesome, but Fedor is much better on the feet then both Wanderlei and Josh. I don't think Mirko's standup has improved a whole lot since their first meeting, so I don't see it going much different. Maybe a TKO by Fedor.
Fedor knows how to beat Cro Cop. Gonzaga studied the fight, and that's how he knew how to beat Cro Cop. Couture would try the same thing, fighters just need to put more preparation into who their opponent actually is IMO. And fighters like Fedor, are so well rounded to begin with that they don't need to work on there striking, or grappling as much as their opponents, so they have more time to watch footage and come up with a good game plan. And then their training is based on their opponent, so they are more prepared for the fight. Fedor would beat Cro Cop again, probably finish him in the UFC where he could use elbows.
thats the stupidest thing i ever heard. Gonzaga beat a mentally torn cro cop with a lucky right high kick. in a rematch Cro cop would ring his head.
