Frank Shamrock fought at MW when the MW weight limit was 199.In his prime Frank was really good ,but I'd still go with Wand.

I'd like to see Frank get a few more comeback fights under his belt just to see what level he's at. As good as he was, the sport and fighters have evolved since then. But if he can compete anywhere like the Frank of old, I'd love to see that fight.
