Aoki by sub. He'd let Hughes take him down and put on a clinic.

hard not to say Aoki, but at the same time it seems so weird cuz Hughes has been so dominate and pretty much the better fighter so far but style-wise I Give his to Aoki by a decent margain jsut cuz hes a black belt in Judo as well as BJJ he would give Hughes a world of problems, Aoki by sub.

I usually don't post in the "Dream Matches", but I saw Aoki/Hughes. Aoki vs. Anybody is my match up these days. Aoki would be a nightmare for the UFC. He would kill anybody they put in front of him. Why a nightmare? He doesn't speak good english and he will sub ANYBODY!! Submitting people (as we all know) in the US is not very appealing! (Americans are ignorant in that aspect) Aoki is the answer to all those ground iliterate (sp?) drunks. I still don't think they would get it!

I don't agree with that at all. I don't think I've ever seen a fight where a good submission is booed. As long as the fights are exciting the fans are happy. Anderson Silva can't speak english, and I think it's a fair comparision to say that Aoki is on the ground as to what Anderson Silva is on the feet.

I see your point, the submission isn't what is booed....it's the lead-up to the submission. All the work that is involved in setting up things. The fans FLOCK to the arena to see knock-out artists more so than ground guys. Thats why Sherk will have a hard time being a Main Event on any up coming card (Except w/ Penn) They said the gate sales were down for 73 even w/ Tito.

JPeezy is at 40
Default Hughes wins

I think Hughes strength and cardio would eventually overwhelm him and could get the GNP victory.
