Hughes v. Silva: who wins?
Sparked by a comment below, I ask that if Hughes were to follow through with a past statement and face Anderson Silva, who would win?
Silva is good...but Hughes would be the guy to take him down and wrap him up IMHO.

Silva trains with Big Nog.......you think Hughes could do anything that Big Nog hasn't done to Silva before? Silva would put Hughes in a body triangle until he could sink in a Kimura or RNC.

I'd pay money to see Hughes get owned by anyone but it would be extra special to see him get pounded out by someone like A. Silva! I don't see him being stupid enough to get in the cage with his Silva though.

I really think if Hughes loses to Serra he may move up to 185. If he wins a couple of fights there and Anderson is still the champ it's a very marketable fight and we may see it.

Hughes by submission or decision, Nate Marquart and Travis Lutter got him to the ground and Hughes is about thirteen million times better than them.
He'll get Silva on his back, wrap him up and gnp or submit him a victory imo.
