Nick Diaz vs BJ Penn
At lightweight, I would love to see this fight, but honestly I doubt it will ever happen.
Who do you guys see taking this and how?

BJ Penn his stand up is better his groundwork is better. Penn beats Nick in all areas of the game.

Diaz stands little chance if any. He isnt better then Penn at striking, grappling, or wrestling. He has a cardio advantage woop-di-do he still loses

exactly, diaz is great on the ground but penn would probably sub him. penn would win on the feet, probably not by ko though. iv always noticed how the diaz brothers have horrible takedown defence.

Penn by sub. Diaz would get hurt standing and try and bring him down and finish it on the ground and get caught in something.

I really like both guys but BJ is a step above diaz in every category except conditioning. Also BJ has been in with overall better competition except for the fact that they both fought gomi and both won so that really doesn't matter. BJ is a world class fighter at lightweight and even welterweight. Nick Diaz is a very good fighter who is fun to watch, i'll take bj everytime

Nick showed pretty good TD defense against Sherk. I think he just doesn't mind being on his back because of his BJJ.
