Rich Franklin Vs. Frank Shamrock
This I believe would be a better fight than some might expect. Why because the are very similar fighters IMO. I believe Rich has the Agility and some really good movement enough to give Frank some fits. However in the end I think Frank will take it because he is just plain better on the ground than Rich and if Baroni cant KO him Rich isn't gonna. If by chance Riches Sub D (via his BJJ) is good enough to escape Frank when he gets him on the ground. I think Rich could pull it off by points because he does have great hands.
P.S. someone make this a poll because I have clicked the Make this a Poll box and I don't see anything happening.

Rich. I think he is a better striker.
I'd bet against Shamrock on this one.

shamrock. rich great striker, shamrock better, faster, better technique wise and more power in his hands. frank is better on the ground and would probably submit or knockout franklin. iv always liked rich franklin and he is one of the best mw's in the world but frank is just simply better, rich hasnt beat anybody as good as frank shamrock. he faced guys close to shamrock's level like anderson silva and machida but u know the outcome of those fights.

its close, IMO they will trade almost even but Frank has bit better standup. But Franklin will be able to take him down at will and is much bigger, both have good cardio too
Id take Franklin by close decision

If Hendo couldn't take Frank down at will how is Rich (Renzo was a fluke)?? Also how is Rich much bigger??? They both can fight LHW and MW??? I am not getting what you mean here?

I don't see Rich pulling this out. Shamrock's chin negates the ko possibility and their striking is pretty much even if you ask me. Frank's subs are WAY better and I guarantee you Rich couldn't do anything if Frank got him on his back.

Phil did take Frank down, I dont see how Rich is gonna stay on top of Frank though.. were talkin a brown belt under Gurgel vs Frank Shamrock, striking.. you gotta consider Frank on Franklins level or clsoe to it now after what he did to Baroni, Baroni has an iron chin and was nearly KO'd, and he was outstruck.. and Baroni has sick, sick boxing. And ya, Franks chin is great, Franklins chin.. not so much. On the ground.. edge goes to Frank Shamrock.. whos shoots are better then anyone Rich has faced, whos sub game is better then anyone rich has ever faced.. but more importantly.. its better then Franklins ground game! so im picking Frank Shamrock what a suprise? I dunno why I pick against Rich so much, im actually a huge Rich fan.. I guess I dont think hes that great?

Franklin puts on about 20 pounds after the weigh ins so He is always the much bigger fighter, and from what I hear Frank only cuts about 10 pounds to make 185
