BJ Penn vs Frank Shamrock
i'd love to see this fight. Former student vs teacher. No idea at all on who would win.

BJ would win but it wouldn't be easy Frank is a Larger but not as good BJ type fighter. Both have Strong Hands and good Subs.
I think BJ is much better at Subs but Frank has weight and Cardio advantage. But hey Frank was gassing on the last fight and BJ made the fight go longer to teach Jens a lesson so who knows about Cardio anymore??
BJ wins it, but I am bias.

Hard to say. Frank would have a size and weight advantage, but there's no way he'd sub BJ on the ground.
I think the striking is close but with Frank training on a regular basis with Maurice Smith I'd give him the slight edge. I see BJ getting him to the ground and eventually getting a submission mid way through the fight.

Frank Shamrock easily. He's bigger, taller, with a longer reach, and I think both of their BJJ is pretty close skill wise.
Frank by TKO in the 3rd.

I say Frank by UD. I don't see Frank finishing BJ since Machida couldn't but I would say this would be a pretty clear decision. Frank would outstrike BJ and would not be taken down.

I dont think Frank and BJ's BJJ is close at alll, in fact there no way near close.. Frank isnt strictly BJJ. His takedown defense is shit though, I mean im a Frank fan but BJ can take him down especially since BJ slips punches better then anyone even remotely close to his weight class.. but still Frank is way too big for him, he can do what Machida did which was basically pick Penn up, throw him to the ground then stare at his body until he gets the UD, but I doubt Frank would do that.. he was GnP it out for 3-5 rounds and win that way.. dont see him finishing Penn cuz thats hard to do unless Penn gasses, dotn see Penn really staying from underneath Frank.

bj's jujitsu blows franks away. I don't believe Frank can beat Renzo, so i'd take Penn. But Frank Shamrock in his prime which I don't believe he is now, is a different story perhaps.

id have to pick frank for the size diff. purely...
bj is very skilled but frank is as well and has the size so imo that is the determining factor in this match up...
they will stand and trade with eachother for a while and i dont really know who has better stand up but with frank having the power i see him rocking bj....and then i think frank would take it to the ground and gnpbj for the win..maybe even a tko...
bj is very crafty and possibly could win this fight but imo it goes to frank...
