Fuck, you almost have to go to archives to see Vera fight. **side note: this dude needs to fight NOW. What's the holdup?  ** I've only seen 1 Gonzaga fight and its been a while since I've seen Vera. Right now Im leaning towards Vera. |

Gonzaga He is 100 times better on the ground and he is almost as good with stand up. Plus if CroCops standup didn't work I really don't believe Veras is.

Do you have any proof Gabe has good stand up, he caught a kick took mirko down thats it, then landed a kick, thats not proof of good stand up.
His fight before carmello was horrible,
Vera wouldnt be dumb enough to throw kicks like that,

Gonzaga does have very heavy hands. He is also imroving with his boxing. He had really good foot work in the CC fight, plus he was cricling well.

Depends on how good Vera's wrestling really is, he has the striking edge and if his wrestling is as good as people say it is, he can take Gonzaga down.. I think he would have a solid chance in this fight.. hes a lot mroe explosive then Gonzaga is who really likes to counter.. a bit too much if you ask me. Still, im going Gonzaga.. hes a lot bigger then Vera is.

Yeah, but if Vera does take him down. Gonzaga still has the possibilty to submit him. Gonzaga is a black belt, while Vera is a purple belt (I think).

Vera is a Brown Belt I believe, and ya Gonzaga could submit him off his back but I dunno I dont even think Vera should go for a takedown either way unless he needs it to win a decision, but if he can keep the fight standing he could win.. still all depends on his wrestling.
