Murilo ''Ninja'' Rua vs. Yushin Okami
I think this would be a good fight. I like Ninja at 185lbs. and I think he is in consideration now for the top ten in the division. Yushin would be a good fight for Murilo at this point and I think if it happened Ninja would walk away with it because of shear aggression. I doubt it would be a first round TKO ( he is no Shogun) but I would give TKO via strikes in the middle of the second round. Thoughts and opinions?

Okami, I think he's to strong. But would be a really good fight.
I dont think Ninja can handle him on the ground.

Okami is too strong, Ninja has good Muay Thai and good BJJ but Okami has good Judo, good wrestling, a reach advantage, a strength advantage.. he would take Ninja down and pound on him.. Ninja's chin isnt the best thing in the world either.

I still would give it to Ninja, he fought the best in the world in mulitple division unlike Okami and I dont think his striking would be compaired to the ppl that KO'ed Ninja ( Kang, Kharitonov). With the takedowns I can see that because Ninja doesnt have great BJJ. He has more endurance and better striking then Okami though and I think that would be the desiding factor.

Ninja is not as strong as Okami, but he can definitley win this fight.

ninja could take this...
unlike franklin ninja would push the pace against okami and could very well tko/ko him early... but okami could get the fight to the ground and pound out ninja...its a close one but i say ninja takes it..

One more good MW fight and Ninja should be in the top ten. I would like to see him fight Baroni for the EliteXC MW belt. I cant see UFC picking him up now so this might actually become reality for this match up.
