lol no I actually think Jacare can take this one. He matches up perfectly with Frank, he can take him down and he is head and shoulders better then him on the ground.

His striking isnt bad

Frank would kick his ass if he stood with him but Jacare is smart enough not too. He would take Frank down with ease and then its his world

Renzo did it fine and hes not as young or powerful anymore.

jacare is a very dangerous opponent for Frank, striking barely enters the equation with Jacare's wrestling and grappling skill, and Shamrocks continuted ability to be totally unable to stop a takedown, even from an essentially unconscious Phil baroni

Frank would knock him out and it wouldnt go to the ground until Jacre's ass hits it after a nice combo by frank.

btw iv always wondered why the hell trigg had a naked picture to begin with. what the hell is wrong with him? is he gay?

Frank Shamrock beat Dan Henderson in a grappling comp and Hendo's Wrestling is the best at MW maybe only beat by Lindland. But i see Frank being able to take this in MMA fairly easily. He showed us the 90's shamrock Friday night. I think we're about to see a whole new frank Shamy.

In a Grappling match. Jacare would be the favorite but Frank can never be underestimated it always depends on how he shows up.. Frank by TKO in MMA. jacare by Points in ADCC

why does everyone think that shit matters?
Frank is a submission guy. Henderson is a wrestler. the fight could only end by sub, no TKOs, no nothing, Shamrock winning in a sub grappling tourney just means hes a better sub grappler, not a better fighter.
plus, Hendo is much better now than he was then

and Matto, please come up with a real reasoning. Jacare would take Frank down at will, Frank has no sprawl, couldnt stop an old Gracie with no wrestling, and a former All American who had been knocked straight retarded.
