Hunt spent waaaay too much time out of fighting. He was really rusty.

I think this is the first time someone has finished Hunt in kickboxing (minus his fight with Jerome.. Jerome didn't finish him per se).

I can't believe Schilt put him away. I was shocked.

Hari vs. Sefo was exciting.. it just didn't go well for Sefo. Say what you will about him having his best days behind him, he is one of the most exciting fighters.

Tachikawa vs. Enokida was hilarious lol

Glaube's kick didn't even look that powerful, I just don't think Alex had anything left in him.

In the end, excellent night of fights.. they were all really good.

I just watched those 2 fights man, those were great. Hunt has definitely been out too long. I wish we could catch this live in the states, I'd order it if they had it on PPV.

I don't think it was anything to do with Hunt being out too long, that kick would have finished anyone, it's not like the head, a solid kick to the body from a 6"11, 3 time K-1 champion is going to hurt.

I think there is more power in that Brazillian kick of Feitosa's than it looks like, he's messed up quite a few people with it and he rocked Semmy with it last year, Alex was getting tireder, but thats cause Glaube was beating him up before he stepped back and measured that kick to finish it, pretty slick.

Hari is the man as I have said numerous times now lol, good to see him perform so well, Sefo is definitely past his prime, but that was less of a factor than Badr's performance in this one imo, he never let up from the start, kept pounding with pucnhes and knees until it was stopped. He really is the next generation of K-1, and about the only young blood in a division that is pretty dated.

Maeda was smart, and although It didn't make for that good a fight, he did what he had to do to win, which was getting on his bike right from the start and running around the ring, not giving Mo an easy target for the big finish he always looks for, and sticking in the low kick to score every time he gets in range or Mo stumbles as he evades the big punch. Definitely not going to be as easy as that against the top guys though, who knows how he'll do, but Japanese fighters track record in the heavyweight division is pretty bad to say the least.

Sawayashiki vs Musashi proved that Junichi is not ready for the top yet at all, his win over JLB was great, but everyone gets lucky now and then, be it a bad JLB that turned up, or a great Sawayashiki (most likely both), his ko losses to Aerts and now Musashi have shown that he has a long way to go. Kinda sucks that he has flopped really, cause Musashi is never going to have the run he did back when he reached the finals 2 years in a row, his chance has passed him imo, and Sawayashiki was the next Japanese hope, too bad.

The kick itself would have put anyone down.. what I mean is that Hunt looked pretty bad.. i.e. he may not have even got hit if he wasn't so rusty.

Yeah, the Brazilian Kick is very powerful. I use it because of power and the fact that it can trick your opponent. You can see that Glaube doesn't put too much behind it (even the rotation isn't as exaggerated).

I really like Sefo. I hope the guys comes back. Yeah, Badr is kind of a lone wolf. When guys in the division retire.. who the hell is going to fight?

Wow I guess the only way to KO Hunt is to hit him in the stomach instead of the head. I agree that he looked really rusty and uncomfortable in the ring. It would be amazing how good of an MMA fighter Hunt could be if he dropped some wieght and trained with a good camp.

That kick would have put anyone down, but i agree with Ramma, Hunt looked out of place. his stance looked somewhat different from before.

rep'd ramma, the event was great.

Great fights.

I feel bad for Hunt, it was a great kick that would have put anyone down.

Matter of fact a kick like that took Ivan Salaverry out one time.lol

I wanna see hunt with some 4oz gloves on.

EDIT: FUcking wow that Takashi Tachikawa vs. Hiroyuki Enokida was fucking crazy.
