Andy was one of the best ever in k1 and as a karate fighter he achieved far more in k1 than anyone else in his era. If you have never seen him before you should check this out (part 2 is particularly good), as it'd be a shame for such a good fighter to be forgotten.

Yep, he was cool, messed up that he died so young, but it also kinda shows how strong he was to be able to fight so close up until he died.

Leukemia, discovered it way too late and he died 3 days after he went into hospital.

Yeah he was fighting with a seriously debilatating disease pretty crazy, he beat Cro Cop 3 months before he died, i believe he had another match a few weeks later which he won, they were his last 2 anyway.
