There is some pretty cool shit in there, Personally, the Rubber Guard is where I like to be if I'm on my back, so I might actually try some of this shit out.
Now, I consider my flexibility to be really good, but if it was anything like Bravo's my rubber guard would be much better.
Fucking eddie is my hero, the arm triangle is the onlyy thing new to me in this vid but cool over all espically since it's in like the hotel lobby or some shit lol. and massive lol @ sweaty dirty little girl.
I like Rubber guard for MMA, but for Jiu-Jitsu it doesn't work on someone who knows how to escape it... it's just to easy for the guy on top to slip the knee that's on their hip and then you straight into side controll. Bravo's techniques are kind of a gimic.

We were talking about this the other day in class since I use the rubber guard a lot, and that happens to me. To be honest, only Bravo and a few other people can use it and it be that effective...because most of the time you just get passed on.

Bravo gets it to work, because he has a great understanding of the old BJJ basics... when his internet gimics fail he is good enough to fall back on what Elio created 50 years ago... when he beat Royler, it really came down to basics if you really look at what is is going on in that fight, and after that he never really competed.
