Yeah for simplicity legally, I just deleted all of his posts. I would have only really needed to delete the ones where he claims to be Rowlands, but I sure as hell didn't ahve time to read every post of his.

I didn't know if it was him or not but I didn't ask him anything and I don't think I have replied or quoted any of his posts. The two posts I do remember of him was when he said how he was training with Frank Mir and everything and two, how he was arguing with rivethead. And assuming he is...does that mean he just cant make an account for the forums, or that he cant view the forums period from that IP address?

Not necessarily. Google has a service where you can sign up to receive an e-mail notification when certain keywords are freshly Googlebotted. So, theoretically, this interview goes up, Googlebot comes by an indexes the site, and whammo, the real Rowlands gets an e-mail.

A ton of people use this to get the heads up on news about corporations, themselves, or events. Great stalker tool also.

Well IP ban is probably as much as they can do but eventually that IP will change unless it is a static IP address. Some people are smart enough to know how to renew their IP address as well with a different one. Of course he'd have to use a different email address as well cause sure they banned that email address as well.
