Just watched this clip....looks like a very usable slick technique.....

Not bad at all, I usually go for a similiar take down sometimes, I will have to try it.

We did something like this in SW training... it's pretty slick, though the opponent can reverse it with a scoop-slam if he's quick/strong enough. Still, you get that at the right moment and the guy'll be tapping.
