I will go around the 700,000 mark. They are doing some heavy promos on TV in an attempt to lure the fringe into the importance of this rematch. Diehard fans don't need any prodding!

I think the PPV buys will top 1 million.

Can't forget the big memorial day weekend, and the recent spanish TV blitz(azteca).

I notice that the Countdown to UFC 71 program (followed by All Access Rampage) is on tomorrow night with a rerun Thursday night.

Am I way off base here or is that unusual? Seems that for most past PPV's, the Countdown/All Access shows were on Thursday nights prior to the fight (and I think re-aired on Saturday during the day).

I guess it's possible that somehow I missed that they were also on Monday nights and I just watched the rerun on Thursdays; but does anyone know whether that's the case or not?

Chucks exposure has been over the top lately (which certainly contributed to his pneumonia) including Best Damn, Entourage, plus they have been showing his fights in Pride, along with Rampages Pride fights.

I guessing a mil.

It will do better then 67,68,69 but worse then 66. Rampage isnt as big a draw as tito and UFC really hasnt been hyping this fight enough to the common fans

I've had friends think this fight was last weekend and even the weekend before that. Why? Because of the amount of advertising. Both of them thought "surely with this much hype it has to be this weekend." (overlook the fact that the date is in all advertising...)
In conclusion, I expect a lot of buys.
