Will Brock Lesnar make it in MMA?

I am not going to say Brock will or will not do good in MMA,but to talk about his NFL try out is wrong.He had no football exp. what so ever when tried for it.He must of had some kind of potential because they wanted him to go to NFL Europe.He declinded because that would have taken him away from his kid or kids agian just like pro wrestling did.He can take a punch most likely and has the stregnth to compete but does he have the other skills to actually win is my question.I think he should trained more in sambo first where he would have to learn subs and his stregnth and wrestling would have helped him more.He needs to take baby steps to become well rounded.

everyone knows what brock is going to bring to the ring. i think that the jury is still out. he could be the next great or he could be the next bob sapp in japan. i would hope he has a good enough manager that will help stear him the right way.

he may have an imediate impact on the hw division world wide. (oh course he'll have to start cutting down to 265)

Brock was a wrestler all his life so I doubt cutting will be a problem for him. I think in his last interview he said he was in the 268-270 range.

He said in an interview posted here that he's walking around at like 268, so the 265 isn't goin to be an issue.

Agreed, when he left pro wrestling he had just bought a private plane to fly him from venue to venue so that he could get there quicker and spend more time with his family in between. The dude definitely isn't in it for the money otherwise he would have stayed with the WWE. He's a natural competitor, and the WWE just wasn't making him feel like he was working for anything or actually competing. He's a beast and he thrives on this kind of thing.

I hope you guys are right, he is a welcome edition I just have a natural hate for Pro-Wrestlers lol. I know he was a NCAA 'real' wrestling champ, but I really think peoples skills go down when they enter 'Pro' wrestling..I just hate pro-wrestling so don't listen to me LOL.

I hear ya....yeah if Lesnar is just fuckin around to get his name out there again then i would be pissed, but there are MUCH better ways to do that and get mad cash for it...it safe to say Lesnars it it cuz he likes to fight...imo.

Haha I hate to use this cliche, but remember that Sakuraba and Fujita started out as pro wrestlers.
