Default Chuck Liddell on ESPN Mag. Cover

THIS GUY SCARES YOU? As the toughest, most famous Ultimate Fighter, Chuck Liddell has transcended the sport and become a bona fide star. It turns out that the "scariest" man in the world's "scariest" sport is not that scary at all. Allison Glock reports. Pick it up at newstands now
Chuck will be on the cover of ESPN's magazine with his son, Cade.

That's awesome. That means I will have to buy it though since I cancelled my ESPN the Magazine subscription. That's okay, it will be a good investment. I'm glad they are showing the softer side as well by having Chuck's son on the cover as well. I guess Chuck isn't one of those "thugs" or "gangstas".

Yeah Chuck is a good person to do a piece on as he has a good background with a degree, humble as well as being a family person with his children. It will show MMA in a good light.

Now, can everyone stop crying about MMA getting no respect from ESPN?

that is what I was thinking..

I know NBC Sports are showing MMA plenty of respect

NBC Sports has its own section for UFC

And I know there are talks at CNBC (because my girlfriend works for them) about UFC because of its financial rise. I hope they show much more respect to UFC now than they did when Griffin, Hughes, Dana, Franklin, etc. were on "The Big Idea: With Donny Deusche"

the best part about showing the gentler side of the fighters outside of th ring, because i am sick of hearing people talk about hte fighters like the are just blood thirsty thugs

I can't wait until ESPN starts covering the UFC like they do other sports.
