Evans v. Bonnar in June?
UFC LEGEND - STEPHAN BONNAR - SPECIAL GUEST AT XFS V
BOISE, Idaho ��" USA ¾ Qwest Arena and Knockout Promotions announced today that UFC legend, Stephan “The American Psycho” Bonnar will be making a special guest appearance as well as television commentating at XFS V “Heavy Hitters” on Saturday, May 12th , 2007 at Qwest Arena.
Stephan Bonnar, a Chicago , Illinois native; was one of the original cast members of the "The Ultimate Fighter" on Spike TV in 2004. He went on to fight in the finale against Forrest Griffen. That fight received national acclaim ��" voted 2005 “fight of the year,” possibly the greatest fight in UFC history.
Stephan’s next scheduled Pay-Per-View fight will be June 28th against Rashad Evans.

Well considering Evans is fighting Tito like 3 weeks before that date it just looks like that radio station fucked up.

legend, get real. bonnar is a bum, he will not fight rashad then or again, rashad is on the way up and bonnar is lucky to be even fighting in the ufc.

If Dana Whaite lets rashad fight bonnar he needs his head examined. No way this fight happens...imo.

B-level, steroid abusing fighter is a legend? I'm at a loss of words for the absolute lack of knowledge by whoever wrote that. Bonnar was actually one of my favorite TUFers, he had a cool personality but there's no excuse for cheating, so he's lucky to fight for UFC.

on the mmaweekly "rumor" board it has bonner vs. mike nickles at ufc 73. same night as tito vs rashad

Bonnar did fight Evans June 28, 2006, although the press release did say 2007.
Quite a coincidence though, eh?
