AA: Weak Chin or not?
Does Andrei Arlovksi have a weak chin or has he been falsely branded?
look at the last 5 years of his career and he has only been KO'd or TKO'd once and that was by tim sylvia (some people even say it was an illegal throat punch, not me, but some people) and even then he wasnt out, he has his hand up trying to protect his face but had 275 lbs of man on his back and couldnt do much
he got caught with some solid shots in the 3rd fight with sylvia and was never dropped or anything, same with his fight vs werdum, he got caught square with some clean shots and was never dropped or even phased
so, does he have a weak chin or did one punch make everyone over react?

I still do not think he has the greatest chin but tonight made me think he does not have the chin i thought. Werdum clocked him with a great uppercut that didnt stagger him then hit him with 2-3 shots back to back and AA was still fine.

i know, obviously its not hard to tell im a huge fan, not only did he hit him hard, but with combos too. everytime he got caught i would cringe and worry he would drop but he stood in there and bored the hell out of me for the most part but did what he had to do

It's not weak it's just not as strong as allot of other guys. If he gets his flush by a guy with good power then yeah he can be dropped. But after tonight I think his bad chin rep has been exaggerated.

I dont think his chin is weak.
Rizzo smashed him hard.
Sylvia hit more of his neck, and that would drop most getting hit in the neck, plus AA was defending, but like said earlier its hard to do much when you have a fatass on top of your back.
His chin is not the best in MMA, but is respectable, and not horrible like people claim he has.
