Default How often do you watch MMA?

Subject says it all...

I'm assuming most folks here watch the major PPV's, either at the time or shortly later...perhaps some IFL...but other than the contemporary major PPV's, how often do you watch either stuff you've downloaded or various fights on internet share sites?

I love this sport so much, and I went through a period where I was watching it all the damn time...many full fight cards I've DLed from here and there...but for me I found that it somewhat dulled my hunger for it when I was watching it 24/7.

Nowadays I have to really restrain the urge to watch it all the time, and I just watch TUF, some IFL, all the major cards, a few individual fights here and there, and maybe one card a week that I've downloaded.

What about you guys?

I watch it daily. Whether it is something recorded or something I get from the pics and vids here. Pretty much all the ppv's regardless of org.

Same here. MMA or JJ, I watch something pretty much everyday. I've been watching a lot of instructionals lately, food for the brain.

my wife is starting to hate how much i watch it. it's on a lot nowadays. i'll watch it casually if it's on, but i won't go out of my way to record every episode of inside the ufc or tuf.

just a quick sidenote, i'm going to get a little bit of heat here for comparing these two. the wwe was just a fad from about 1980 until the early 90's. then they had this super hot period from about 90-98, where got a lot of good press and became this huge corp. it's a global market as well, but it's slowly on the decline right now with the interest in the current stars going down alot. i'd hate to see the state of mma in 5 years mirroring the wwe. if you think about it, right now there's a lot of stars and stuff that they built up, but a lot of guys are aging and are on their way out. i'd say right now the state of mma is still growing, but they haven't been tainted yet by injuries or scandal - which, knock on wood, happen to pretty much every major sport. just a little thing i was thinking about. anyways, happy 420.

I watch it as much as possible. Sometimes that means everyday and other times it means 4-5 days out of the week.

Same here. Every day if I can. Girlfriend is less than pleased with the time I devote to it.

I don't even bother trying to explain it to people, even casual MMA fans. No matter how I word it, the amount of time I dedicate to it sounds bad.
