I think they made up for the lack of a title fight very well.
#2 HW vs Top 20 (at least) HW
#6 HW vs #8 HW
2 undefeated LHW's
Kongo vs Silva will be a nice war

Everyone can get if for free, I promise you the fights will be in the pic and vid section here more than likely right after the fights happen. And maybe I was a little harsh on him, but it pisses me off when people bitch about things that are so stupid, fans are spoiled, I don't know how long all of you have been fans, but again, I remember having to wait 4 months between PPV's, and alot of those where much more shitty than this card, Just be happy that MMA is on TV at all. I mean sure I'd like to see a title fight too, but I'm not going to start a thread bitching about not getting one for every show that doesn't have one, you know? Be happy with what we are being given, it is more than I would of ever thought we would have 3 or 4 or 5 years ago.

I don't think he was bitching, just annoyed and curious of what people thought. He might not be able to get it for free, maybe his computer sucks and can't download stuff.
For the shitty ppv, I know what you mean. UFC 48. I mean the hw belt was up (mir broke sylvia's arm), but the main event was shamrock vs kimo for fuck sakes.

Those jumping on me should maybe think about the casual fan. They dont' care about "The number 1 striker in MMA." They care about who's the best. To most people, the best is the Champ.
The casual North American fan is going to see this on Spike Tv for free, probably not give two shits about it as there's nothing to look forward to.
Get out of your cult and realize there's more than just die hard fans, there's casual fans who need something to look forward to. To me, a lack of a true main event is not worth looking forward to. I bet I'm not the only one. I'll be out and about Saturday afternoon, I should see how many casual fans excited about the free show. Probably less than half.
I do look forward to watching Cro Cop. I really really do. But I bet the bars aren't standing room only this weekend.

Also, there's 4 or 5 belts in the UFC so how can one not be defended every month? Just go on a 5 month cycle.
