Randy does so much for MMA, I like the expression on his face when he had to say he does "Ultimate Fighting" haha...or "aka MMA"..

Good show, I can't believe a guy goes though life without even being in a fight before..of any kind.

i only saw the last 5 minutes of the mma segment, good thing discovery will show it 100 more times in the coming months. they shot it at bjm's gym north of la. he looks like he's got a gym as nice as any in the world. paints a good picture of mma.

i've trained in various martial arts my entire life. i've only ever been in 1 street fight in my life. and that was in like the 7th or 8th grade. guy was gun shy so there wasn't much to it. nothing wrong with never getting into a street fight. i give the guy credit, for never being hit in the face before he does pretty well.

Pretty entertaining at least. And I gotta hand it to the guy, for having zero fight experience PERIOD, and one day of MMA training. Granted, I think his opponent took it kind of easy on him for awhile, but he held his own.

Randy earns more and more of my respect everytime I watch him. WAR Couture.

I watched the earlier episode. It was okay, but don't expect MMA. One funny part was when he asked the guy if he hurt his hand (hitting him).
