I agree i think that the new weight classes and even fighting under the unifed rules will change that landscape of pride's lower weight classes.
its been announce that the lwgp will now take place on july first and they next round will take place early fall. they've also said on mma weekly that it will take place in california.
they moved the date back because it gave the new ownership less then 3 weeks to get the show together.
now that its in july you'll see no less than 4 ufc fighters in the tourney. with the event happening in the states i believe it will be at 155. although i'm said to not see the first event in japan. i think that having it in the states is the smart business move. having a few ufc fighters in there will give Pride great exposure here in the states.
