Nah, that wouldn't be fair... Put the 190lb Matt Hughes in the 160lb Tournament, it's fair....

But seriously, Hughes is going to get tooled and so will Diego because the odds of one of them winning the tournament when there are 8 other phenomenal fighters at that level, it's goignt o be very difficult, we will just have to wait and see how the matchmaking is.

Hughes is going to get raped if he is matched up with Aoki at any point. It is going to be either Mach, Gomi or Melendez... I will say Aoki is the dark horse who could win it as well but the other 3 are clearly the favorites.

I agree, matt hughes wont win. IMO its between melendez and aoki, but dont count out gomi and mach cuz they have a great chance to win. It all depends on who fights who in what order and where fighters end up on the bracket. If one fighter has an extremley hard road to the finals then odds are he wont win

Yea, but after doing what he did to Gomi, I think he has more than earned a bye the first round, and should be given the oppotunity to compete, even if he has to start in the second round. This has happend before.
