Lutter started dropping 22lbs a week before the title match that he built up over months with a TV show. He knew he had to be down at 185..months ahead of time. That is ridiculous and he should never be able to live it down.

Diego is going to hurt Koscheck.

To put it in perspective, think of your job. Lutter's job was to train and to make weight. If you failed that miserably at your job I would hope your boss would fire you (nothing personal to you, I'm just speaking figuratively). Lutter was pushed passed other more deserving contenders b/c he won a reality show, and then didn't make weight, and it doesn't and shouldn't matter that he unintentionally didn't make weight. It was his job to do it, and he failed, so he should be called out on it.

I don't know, maybe it is just my New York attitude, but horrible horrible horrible mistakes (intentional or not) made in your profession are inexcusable. If that makes me an asshole, then I am an asshole and wear the title proudly.

Diego actually started to receive a little respect from me as of late. But then he lies about only smokin weed one time, and then flips out and shoves Kos at the weigh-ins. I just don't think he wants people to like him.
And for whoever is defending Travis Lutter should stop asap. He had the chance of a lifetime and screwed it up, i'm sure 1,500 other MW's would have made damn sure they were at weight if they were getting a title shot they didn't deserve. It's not like cutting weight is new to a fighter, he should have known what measures to take by now.
