I think Kos is gonna get an earful from Dana when he hears about this. For Koscheck to be talkin about hes fightin for the money and wants to be like liddel and all that shit, fighting some schmuck a week before the biggest fight of his life is bad business. Im sure Dana will let him know how he feels about it. Besides....what if that dumb fuck actually lost to random dude and the vid was leaked. That would murder the fighters cred and everyone he beat. It is clearly evident that Koscheck was in no danger of being injured. They were wearing full protective gear and had 16 oz gloves. It was no different then sparing except he was fighting a complete novice instead of an experienced fighter.

good read....ive never really payed to much attention to kos...but i do like wat he said about the matt hughes chris lytle fight...they didnt get stood up once and that was the most boring fight ever!!!good points

Agreed. I think people are blowing this out of proportion.

That being said, if a freak accident happened and he did get hurt, he'd never hear the end of it. But it really wasn't any different than the kind of sparring he probably does on a daily basis. Chances of injury couldn't have been any greater than they would have been with anyone else.

I was happy to read Josh say he'll never tap...maybe we'll get to see him get choked unconscious or his arm broken this fight.

All that being said...this is indeed a good interview, and much as I dislike Koscheck, he does come across as more likeable here. His stock rose with me too. But I still want to watch Diego give him another beatdown.

I was looking for Diegonightmare to make sure he was ok but I had trouble locating him at first...
