After reading what's been said about the episode I can say that I'm very psyched for it. I'm a huge fan of BJ Penn (warts and all) and this first stunt he's pulled gives me huge expectations for this season (which if it lives up to it should make up for bad season's past).

This season can't start off fast enough.

did i just read someone compare benn pulling those antics against dana and pulver(to get in his head) to america defying the brittish and rising up and defeating the brittish? wow..just wow

i think penn could be the best coach ever, or the worst, depends on who shows up, if he comes in lax and not really caring and just using tuf to get under pulver's skin just for the fight(like shamrock did) hes gonna be one of the worst coaches(like shamrock) but if he comes in ready to help these guys, he could be the best, just hope he has them train in cardio, cant teach flexibility
