UFC 61 - Team Punishment

I have a question... Why doesn't Dean Lister ever come out when Tito or anyone in team punishment fights?

I saw Kendall Grove, but no Dean Lister tonight or any other of the last 3 fights.

I don't even remember seeing Lister at Big Bear during Tito's All Access episode either. Is Lister officially with Team Punishment or just a friend of Tito?

He was working out with Tito when he was still Lt. Hwy champ. In an episode of Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Dean is one of the guys in Tito's camp.

I was surprise to see him there though, as someone has already said, u don't see him with anyone in team punishment now.
