they arnet the competition, they own 90 percent of the UFC lol. Id assume that they put UFC first but i hope not

again, I don't know if Pride will stay one FSN, but there relationship is good with Spike, Spike didn't believe in Zuffa when they came to them with the idea of TUF, so Zuffa took most of the risk, they put more money in, and Zuffa has made Spike ALOT of money, so I would assume they are butt buddies.

It's hard to visualize that because then Fertittas = Dana = UFC; Fertittas = Pride, but Dana does not = Pride...so he's working as a partner with the guys that will actually also be owning his chief competitor...that is a funky setup if Dana will truly have NO involvement.

Why? Dana doesnt own 10% of the Ferittas lol, the Ferittas own 90% of the UFC and I assume 100% of Pride now, they own Dana and Pride.. theyll probably bring in a Dana Whtie to run Pride, hopefully not Dana White.

I don't know how true this is or not but let's say if it is true that Fertita's own it, then they might appoint another president for Pride

This way Fertita's own both pride and ufc but they are run by different presidents, which still delivers competition. I think this is a great move as well. As long as they know what they're doing and they appoint someone who is well capable.

Millen is calling the E network right now begging for his JOB back. the Fertita's are so fucking smart I wouldn't be the least bit surprized if they have Bas, Quadros, ect.ect. and try to bring back the glory days of Pride, maybe Pride of 2 years ago.

And yes, I think they will get another President to Run Pride. (not dana white)

I know, but don't you think it's odd that the Fertittas will own both major MMA organizations, but they'll have a partner in one that wouldn't be involved in the other at all?

I guess if the implicit understanding among the Fertittas and White is that White shouldn't aim to go for Pride's throat or trash them in any way, it makes sense...it's just odd because then Pride really isn't a competitor at all...but yet White, who's been involved with these guys as a very successful partner, isn't involved at all in Pride...

If that's truly how it went down, I wonder if Dana literally didn't have the free cash to pony up; or alternately thought it wasn't a good purchase. I can't imagine it would be a third option like the Fertittas actually chose not to have Dana involved.
