sadly right now i think Sylvia would beat Frank Mir. Mir just isnt the same anymore...and if he got hurt before fighting Hardonk, how would his luck fair against Tim? its a fight i wouldnt want to see again...

As I've said before, I respect ANY fighter.
However, take your loss like a man. Sylvia is always making excuses.
And I distinctly remember him talking about ho he carries that belt everywhere and sleeps with it!
The guy is a boring mook that looks to coast in his fights against any real competition. At least the Sno-Man gave his best in the fight although he was bloodied. Sylvia played that whole fight safe against an underdog.
I hope Mir beats him again.

I dont see whats so wrong with wearing the belts. They won it, they can do whatever they want with it. If any of you won a ufc championship you would do the same thing.

It really kinda frustrates me too that he mentioned not really changing up his training at all. who loses and then goes back to the same shit? how about training some explosiveness? or some getting off your back?

If the UFC keeps upgrading their roster the way they have been, a Sylvia/Mir rematch might not even make the main card of a numbered show. Which would make me very happy.

tim wont ever be champ again, you have mirko and werdum that he cant beat, then you have hardonk who could give him a good go, then kongo which i dont think tim can beat, so tim is going to have a hard time climbing up then falling back down

I'm personally pretty excited to see Tim Sylvia come back. He fights exciting as hell when he doesn't have that belt around his waist to try and protect.

if he comes back consistently as strong as he did when he first started in the UFC, i will be excited
i could give a shit about his personality if his fights are exciting. but as of late, he acted and fought like a bitch, so i would say shit.
heres to hoping that the Tim that comes back is as good as the Tim we saw the first time around
