Spank you very much.
Man, I love when Bas talks about his Pancrase career. On dailymotion there are a bunch of clips of Bas from Pancrase where he provides his own commentary on the fights. They are AWESOME, especially the one where he brags about how he is going to submit some Japanese guy by "squeezin' eem like a prettzel".

Fedor and BJ the two top P4P fighters in the world. I gotta agree with him. Interesting

I've always said Penn is top 5, maybe top 3 P4P even after the Hughes-St. Pierre losses. For one, he's given GSP his toughest full fight to date. Even in GSP's loss to Hughes he was winning the entire round before losing in the final second. Against Hughes in the second fight he beat him up even worse than the first time, but couldn't finish the job and injured himself. Even if that's not true, Hughes wasn't able to do anything to Penn until he...I guess you would call it just gassing. Penn just tries to do extraordinary things. If he stuck to his own weight class and really took fighting seriously, training especially, he'd be unstoppable. He's from a very wealthy family and shit comes easy to him. As Bas said about Sylvia in this part - fighters who have things come easy to them usually wind up falling on their face (or however he put it) because they don't think they have to work as hard or train as hard as the next guy. Although he never said it, Penn would be the perfect example of someone fitting that description.

Yeah i've seen them they were pretty cool. Its good to here bas talkin bout his fights like when he thought he killed that guy he choked out and started getting worried, or when he timed his much loved liver kick just as the guy was breathing in for extra pain infliction.

Yea Because He gets it and understands more about the game. Unlike some of the fans that have jumped on board because of TUF. I love Bas because he puts it all in perspective.
