Lebanner vs cyril abidi was pretty brutal, altough it was a K1 fight, Lebanner had unnatural swelling on his forehead and Abidi wouldnt stay down even though he was taking some crazy shots.
It was even cooler as they had some personal beef outside the ring, i think thats why Abidi wouldnt stay down
Heres an example of the beef

This is the fight

Bonner vs Griffin is such an overrated fight. it was a drag from start to finish.

it was not a drag...it may have not been technical at any point but it was the best bar/street fight ive ever seen...3 rounds of punching and kicking!! it was like watching a couple of real tuff guys go at it...

Takayama vs Frye was the best balls to the wall exchange I have ever seen from anyone. I think Stephan v. Bonner was a solid fight for their level. And Lawler v. Diaz was a good one that I never saw ending the way it did.

Yeah Frye-Takayama was extremely entertaining and is one of the classics. Griffin-Bonnar was legendary. From the highlights I've seen of Lawler-Lytle, it was pretty good as well.

well you're entitled to your opinion, but I feel that this is the best stand-up fight in MMA. non-stop, complete, relentless, true toe-to-toe action with the greatest display of heart, courage, and determination ever seen.

I think what makes Griffin/Bonnar so great in the end is what that fight ended up doing for MMA (or maybe just the UFC) in the US.

it was great from a business point of view yes because of what it did for mma in america, and it did so much because it was so great from an mma perspective.
