Just wanted to point out a flaw, here.
Machines tone, free weights produce muscle mass. Odds are, he is much like me and stays away from machines. I choose not to look toned because it is deceptive, thus an advantage to me. His muscular definition has absolutely nothing to to do with his strength.

For the time being, Tito and Rampage won't fight each other because they truly are tight with each other. However, if it came down to it, and it involved either the title or a title shot, I think they'll fight. It's a huge potential fight, especially if Rampage beats Chuck (either in their next fight, or in a potential rubber match). Tito wants to be champion again, and he won't be champion again as long as Chuck is on top. Rampage winning the belt is Tito's best shot at getting another shot.

The way Dana is talking and how things have been going he's gotta be thinking of somebody not currently in the UFC. He's probably working on a fighter to come in and fight Chuck, and if that doesn't happen, maybe give him Jardine....
That's my guess anyway.

It would be a good one but Tito and Rampage are friends so I don't think it'll happen unless a belt is on the line.

theres a good interview with dana white on cbs.sportsline.com on march 9/07. dana was asked about this fight. Heres a couple of lines.
DW: Yeah, exactly. People like to talk like they know what they're talking about, but they have no idea.
Q: Will Rampage fight Chuck for the title in May?
DW: Most likely.
Q: How close is that to being a done deal?
DW: I don't know. I don't like announcing deals before they're done, so I can just say it's not a done deal but that's the fight I'd like to see happen.

These photos prove otherwise.
Leben needs to spend less time at Starbucks and more time training.
Regardless of what method of lifting he is using, his stomache would still be tone (and chest much larger, there is also no bulk to Leben) and using free weights to be deceptive strength wise has not effect at a professonal level ( there is no way Leben looks like he does physically to be deceptive).
Obviously the first photo is during a fight so his muscles are working and the 2nd photo is prefight however I have seen all of Leben's UFC fights and never during or after one of his UFC fights has his physique looked like it did in the first photo.

I agree. I have never noticed him being that cut at any point in the UFC.
