mmm it will be an interest fight. and mirkos takedown defense is not D (for the newbie that posted that) is one of the best in mma. and as i read in one of the above posts he s not gonna shot only 1 jab (in my opinion sylvia had something that sat. he didnt even shot jabs, and btw is the only thing that he knows) i ll go with crocop by ko. randy you are still a great champion

In MMA, Rizzo has knocked out 8 opponents in 14 victories, and Crocop has knocked out about 15 in 22. But Rizzo was a four time Muay Thai champion with a record of 31-0-1 with 30 wins by knockout. Mirko didn't do all that well in K-1, by the way. I think he was something like 16-7 in K-1, and only 10 or 11 of those were knockouts.

Yeah, Barnett beat Couture, then immediately tested positive for steroids. And steroids would play a bigger factor against a ground-n-pounder (Couture) than it would against a striker (Crocop).

Remember, a lot of these Pride fighters have just been fighting each other: Crocop fights Fedor, Fedor fights Nog, Nog fights Crocop, etc. etc. The same is true, of course, in the UFC. Therefore, it's hard to reliably compare talent between the two organizations. Look how surprising Gomi's last loss was. I'm not saying UFC is better, or Pride is better. But, now that the two organizations are beginning to cross over, we can really start to compare.

I think Randy has close to even chances, with a slight edge to Crocop.

It would not shock me,if Randy mauled him and pulled a Randleman on CC.
But a focused CC, that isnt looking past Randy, should win this one. It will be hard for me not to be in Capt.Americas corner for this fight. But, I like em both,cause they are both the real deal at what they do.

I dont think Rizzo would pile up that record against K-1 competitors. Would Rizzo beat CroCop if they fought today? Of course not, so why would you even compare the two at all? You wanna talk about numbers, have you seen Randy's records? Barnett has serious all around skills and no one can deny that.

Randy will lose this fight. CroCop's skills are too overwhelming.

I believe this was against unaccomplished Brazilian Fighters. Not world Class fighters like in K1.

Can you honestly with a strait face say Rizzo can beat CroCop?? Be serious.

Reverse the legs and you got it. Left leg is the one that puts people to sleep (though i'm sure he can do it just as easily with his right).
