Pride cancels next US Show
I was watching the FIGHT NETWORK, and they had the post fight press confrence. The hosts mentioned Pride canceled their April US show.

It's the - PRIDE (3RD USA SHOW): APRIL 28th. Dana was asked what he thought he said that it didn't suprise him, that they got killed with their last PPV and that everyone knows that Pride is in trouble.

this sucks, I really enjoy the Pride US ppv's. I hope this isn't the end of them. Pride is a great ORG and it would be a shame if it went under. I hope Zuffa pick it up, I think that might be Pride's only chance to stay the same and keep top level tallent.

I dont, I rather someone who isnt running a current Org pick it up
if the UFC picks it up most likely all the great fighters will end up on 1 show and all the crappy fighters will end up on the other and eventually theyll just get rid of that org, and you cant pack one org with a ton of fighters.. theres gotta be a balance.

Hopefully they are pulling out until they gets some new management in place, start off by firing Jerry Milen, then get a marketing campaign.
This doesn't mean they are going away, they might just be re-orging.
If so, another org will fill it's place. Elite XC or Bodog more likely.

I think it was because of a combination of the horrible PPV buys for Pride 33 and the whole Ed Fishman Lawsuit ordeal going on.
