Jason MacDonald in jackson's camp
last night, yeah, he got stomped by franklin but franklin's a beast and everyone knows that. however, rogan mentioned that he started training with greg jackson's camp and that got me pretty excited. that's probably my favorite camp right now and a camp that will someday soon surpass the miletich camp in active talent. diego, rashad, jardine, villasenor, the crow now, gsp sometimes, marquardt, now macdonald. its like a haven for fighters with a lotta potential.

GSP trains at Jackson's. Granted, he isn't one of the "old school" members like Diego, Rashad, etc but he's there.

GSP to Jackson's is like Rich Franklin to MFS. he likes to train with them sometimes, but he's not a member. like if he had to fight diego, he would.

If he can pick up a striking game to set up his ground game he'd be a relatively well rounded fighter.
But, after getting dispatched pretty easily by Rich, I don't see JMac being a force in terms of serious title contention (as opposed to a force in terms of skill) at 185 for a while. He'll have to earn his way back.

GSP has trained with Brazilian Top Team too. I dont think he's looking to settle with one team.
But yeah, back to point. I knew JMac was training at Jacksons, so I gave him a chance in the fight. He did pretty well considering his opponent, I think he has a bright future in the UFC but he has yet to mature as a fighter. Greg Jackson will do wonders for him.
Oh, and I hope he doesn't pull a Loiseau..

Jackson's camp is definitely blowing up right now. They could have the best overall camp in the US in a year or 2 if their stars keep rising. Miletich guys are starting to slip, and they don't have a whole lot of great young talent. Guys like Lawler, Neer, and Fisher are their best younger guys right now.

just dont think mac is that good and even with that camp dont think it will make him improve greatly, i mean he beat leben and herman so what neither are good, but militch camp your right is going down hill with fighters i mean matt isnt champ tim isnt champ and there younger guys wont be champ either, jacksons champ is growing but i dont think it will be the best, i mean you have deigo rashad jardine, deigo wont be champion but he is a good fighter, rashad wont be champion any time soon, and if he does become champ that leaves jardine in the cold, the crow sucks, and nate the great is boring, but all have talent just deigo and rashad stand out because there undefeated, isnt randys team, team quest i think it might be him and hendo hold 3 belts between them so i would say thats the best camp
