What kind of punch has more power, a lunging Haymaker, or a flat footed one where you plant your foot??

i would think it would depend on the fighter, depends where they throw there power from, idk hard to say, i would say both depending on the fighter

i think its were you hit them not how hard you hit so any puch with heavy force would have an deadly impact its just were you hit them.
