40 pounds is a lot for Couture to give up. I'm hoping he's coming in that light because he's focused on his cardio really hard. Still a damned tough fight for him. As was said earlier though, a better matchup for him than Chuck would be again.

It's more than 40lbs, its probably closer to 50-55lbs. Remember tim has to cut weight to make 265

uhhh i dont think that will be the case... 40 lbs is a lot however randy is a world class wrestler and im pretty sure he has AMAZING hips, and knows how to watch his weight.. something really wrestlers know how to do well... i think the only problem for randy is going to be getting by that jab and then taking him down... the weight wont come into much effect if randy goes for a single leg and just back trips him.. think about it theres not to much weight in dealing with just one leg... but if randy get reversed on the ground then it will be different but i think randy will be fine with that weight... hopefully >_<

I like the Natural but I just don't see a possibility of him winning. I hope he proves me wrong but I just don't see it.
On the feet- Randy needs to get Sylvia off of em asap, or he'll get knocked out or stuck with jabs for 25 minutes.
On the ground (Sylvia on back)- If/when Randy manages a takedown I don't think he'll be able to work his GnP. Sylvia has a great guard with his huge legs, and can easily strike from the bottom with his long arms.

I hope i'm wrong, but I think this was a very bad decision by Couture. We've seen with Wandy what happens to fighters who suffer multiple knockouts close together, it's easier to get KO'd the next time. Couture's last 2 fights have been tough KO's by Liddell, I dunno if he's still got that rock head. But again, I hope i'm wrong and I wouldn't be surprised at all if Couture shocked me lol.

Tim in great shape? if you're close to the upper limit for HW chances are you're not in the best shape. tim needs to get back to when he fought cabbage, he looked ripped. or when he was 250 against arlovski II.

The weight i dont think is as worying as that reach, randy has to box to get close enough to shoot. Big problem,we all remember big tim can do damage with them hands. We havnt seen it latley but I think he will come out all guns blazzing tonight,he has a point to prove.

Part of me really wants Randy to win but the other half really doesnt want to see him fight CroCop

I'm still not really sure what to make of all this; I want Randy to win, but a big part of me wants to say "OK man, you won, you proved your point, now get the fuck out of there before Cro Cop separates your head from your shoulders."

He's a trooper, so I doubt he'll do that, but if he fights Cro Cop, it'll be even more of a massacre than if CC fought Sylvia.
