wow good to know that they are alright. Gardner does keep escaping death like Clint stated getting hit by a car and getting stranded in frozen wilderness and losing a toe to frostbite. Now Gardner swam for an hour in 44 degree weather.....shit is crazy!

I've only seen him a couple times, but strikes me as tough as hell. I couldn't swim an hour in any water, much less 40 degrees. I mean, damn! Props to Gardner and here's hoping we see him fight again soon.

I would venture a guess he 1 of very few guys that weigh 295 lbs can swim 5 minutes, needless to say an hour.

I am a big Rulon fan, the guy is just a naturally large athlete with some great DNA.
