I don't watch Pride, but....
I'm sorry. I'm going to rant for a bit. I haven't been posting here for all that long. However in my short time here, I have seen the following statements reiterated again and again:
"I don't watch Pride, but...."
- I've heard Wandy and Shogun are worthless without their stomps and soccer kicks
- I've heard they are all on steroids
- Japanese fighters suck
- Diaz will kill Gomi
- Ortiz > Wandy (lol!)
- etc, etc, etc.
Expand your MMA horizons people! How can you be strictly a fan of UFC, Pride, or any other promotion? Its the same damn sport! I never miss a UFC or Pride PPV, and watch as much free MMA as I possibly can, even crappy UFN fight cards where Heath Herring makes an ass of himself. (sorry Heath, I know you were injured)
Its just weird to me how some of you can know about the existence of other MMA organizations without making any effort to partake. its like there is some sort of brand loyalty or something. are you really that simple?

You got it 100% right dude. People are way too loyal to a money making company...
Be a fan of the sport, it is all MMA, companies come and go. i have said it over and over, if Pride or UFC go away another 2 companies will come fill in their place. MMA is here to stay.

I just curious as to who made the Tito>Wand statement. Im pretty sure that if it were acutally made here, it had to be that ass clown from the Whats Next for Tito thread. Dont remember his name gimme a sec

actually I don't know if I ever read that here. but I know for a fact I've heard people claim that.

It was recently said that Tito could beat Wandy because he did beat him.
The person didn't take into account that Wandy has improved by an order of magnitude over Tito.
