It's a shame because he missed out on big money fights against guys like Tyson, Bowe, Holyfield and Lewis. Even if he would've got schooled he would've made a ton of dough in those fights.

I say he should. If nothing more but to relive his dream again. His life was taken from him all those years ago and it's a blessing now for him to have that opportunity again. And with the state of the HW division, he might have a chance, all though I doubted.

Morrison would've got KILLED by any one of those guys, but he would have got at least 1 big payday out of it. He was always a fringe contender, nothing more, because of his glass jaw. I liked watching him. He was an attraction, had charisma, and an aggressive style with a GREAT left hook! Whenever Morrison fought, you knew somebody was going to get knocked out! Showed Heart too fighting about 5 rds with a broken jaw before KO'ing Joe Hipp. Heavyweight boxing right now is the drizzling shits, and though Morrison hasn't fought in years and is 38 years old, he has as good a shot as anybody else to win a title. There's no attractions in heavyweight boxing right now, and Morrison still will be an attraction. If he knocks over a few stumblebums, he'll get a shot at 1 of the 4 "champs" before too long because he can still sell tickets. That's how bad heavyweight boxing is these days.

Morrison's been sporadically in the news over the past 10 years too usually getting into legal trouble or going to jail for something or other.

I just checked too. Lennox Lewis stopped Morrison in 6 rds. Funny, I don't remember that fight at all. I knew he didn't fight Tyson, Holyfield , or Bowe though.
