Default Elite XC 1st show

I just wanted to hear everyone's opinion on elitexc first show. I thought it was great, I like the Dragon over the entrance, the circular cage, and the runway the fighters walked down towards the ring. Also the matchups they had beats any UFC ppv and it was free. I think overall it was great, and I can't wait to see what they have in store for the future.

i think it was a pretty entertaining show, and the fights were good (for the most part)

i was really impressed w/ the women's bout (although i am still skeptical)

hopefully EliteXC can keep it together

I thought the 1st show was pretty good its nothing I would pay for but for free I have no complaints. I would have to disagree that the matchups beat the ufc shows. With the exception of silva and joey v. no one else could compete in the ufc.

I think the production couldve been put together alot better. but it was free and exciting. Also, they really need new commentators

cabbage, and Frank shamrock already have. also Antonio silva, Renzo Gracie, Charles "Crazy horse" Bennet (already competes in pride) could all IMO compete in ufc, maybe Renzo's too old. Your telling me that Matt Hughes vs chris lytle, and rich franklin vs Jason Macdonald, is better match ups than this show I disagree.

I think that was great to see a PPV quality MMA event on Showtime, not to mention that it was commercial free. I also like that they show the prelims for free online.

Keep up the good work Elite XC!

Yeah...if your last name is Goldberg, the audience is better served with the mic shoved up your ass. Wtf! Overall, I thought it was a pretty good show. I wish the UFC would bring back the elevated ramps to the ring. I think it inspires the audience more and kinda makes the fighters seem mythic. Not to mention, if you're squared away in the middle of the crowd, you can actually see the fighters walk to the ring. That's good for everyone.

Yeah... sorry...I totally didn't need to bring the ufc into this.
