Why not think about what ur typing.
Why can't Anderson Silva fight on this UFC 69, and Liddell and Tito even tho he is fighting at 70, why can't Mirko and Rampage fight at 69.
Its time people realized several things i am fairly new less than a year and i grasped this a long long time ago.
1) UFC isnt the WWE, the main guys can't fight every month
2) Medical suspensions, isn't it like at least 30 days for most fighters even without injury(i am prolly wrong about the excat time)
3) They are going to build up certain shows so one card is "bigger" than the rest. by certain i mean isn't UFC 70 in London, new market chance for making sveral million new fans, make sense.
4) Even with the crappy cards in 68,69 the American hardcore fans are still going to buy it, so its extrmely smart by the UFC to hype and build 70. We should they not build 70 to make even more fans to satify a few that complain about 68 and 69?
And finally 5) More of the UFC isn't neccessaily a good thing. as many people believe that more is better however you need to keep in mind this more UFC fights = more fights with less siginfance + more fights in general and lets face it not everyone in the world is as exciting as Liddell.
Anyone that was/is a WWF fan will tell you the product was much better as a whole in the early 90's than late 90's.
More is not better just makes for a more watered down product.

Sorry guys, but you'll have to pay to see GSP fight. He's just to good to see for free!!! He'll smoke Serra for sure, but it still worth 40 $, or maybe not??!!!

I don't see anything wrong with the 69 card. Although I can't tell which will be main bouts most likely we'll see GSP/Serra, Diego/Kos, both which will be fun to watch. Swick gets a good test, Grove and Belcher could be a show stealer.....Herring fighting at full health. The only fight I don't care for is Cummo/Haynes.

It's sounds to me like a case of a little TUF bashing for the reason people are slamming on the UFC 69 card. It just ain't that fucking bad. While I think GSP will absolutely steamroll Sera, the Diego/Kos fight is going to be quite a good one. Some of these TUF fighters are here to stay, and I think people need to accept that. You may have to sift through more crap to find some genuine talent in these guys, but there is some there. Swick has been fun to watch (even though he's got a maw that won't shut); Diego has fought some pretty decent opposition; and Kos actually IS fucking improving.

I dont think the 69 card is the worst, some good fights on there especially diego vs kos which i definatly see diego winning. kos hasnt fought as good fighters as diego not saying he hasnt fought good fighters they just aint as good. The ufc is getting bigger all the time and putting on more events through out the year every year so you cant expect a brilliant card all the time. Last year they put on like 10 main ufc cards not including the UFN, and before 2006 its was like 5 or 6 cards a year . Just a chance for us to see more up and coming fighters and how good they really are.

no, dana specifically said that 69 would either be on HBO or ppv, dependent on whether or not the HBO deal goes all the way through. UFC 70 is going to be a HUGE show and will most definitely be on ppv.

I agree 100%. These cards aren't the greatest, but every one can't be record breaking.

I don't see why so many people are upset with 69, i mean, the names on this card are nowhere near as big as on most cards, but the fights themselves look to be pretty exciting, GsP never puts on a bad fight, Kos/ diego will be intense as hell, Grove...as much as i hate him...is pretty good and should be fun to watch. Swick?okami, Awesome.Davis/spratt will be at least entertaining. and then you got cummo/ haynes. i only see one bad fight. and none of them should go to decision. 5 badass fights! more than some cards
i say 69 is better than 67, and well worth 40 bucks. Stop Hating, focus on the fights and not the names!
