Had a feeling Thompson would get knocked out. He has a tendency to get KO'd for some reason. I guess not a weak chin but when he gets hit cleanly he tends to freeze up a bit or panic a bit and not know what to do and that lets him get hit with a second or third clean punch and down he goes. That might clear up in time but who knows.
All that aside I always enjoy seeing James Thompson fight, he's a real high energy guy and really into fighting and that's cool to see. He gets so pumped up before fights it's a wonder he has any energy left when the bell rings. He's lost several lately but I hope Pride brings him into their super heavyweight grand prix, whenever that is.
I think only Butterbean could make a gigantic man like Thompson look small standing next to each other.

Aparantly Matsui's armbar, and the flying armbar, were two of the slickest submissions ever.
Oh, and I love that Boondock has created the Colossus DVD joke that is used by the entire mma community whether he wins or loses nowadays lol

KERR AND SEVERN!! Jesus. HANG IT UP. Unless they start an MMA senior league, these dudes need to stick to training and avoid the beatings they're taking.
