"Tyson needs a repeat retinal ophthalmologic exam with a retinal specialist every six months" . So from what I gathered if he does not pass this exam then he will be out a period of 6 months until the next exam.

I got this off subfighter.com forums from the moderator there. Came straight from the NSAC.
