frank shamrock posted an interview of him on MyNetworkTV on his myspace, and here's a link. a good watch. he was a little funny, but surprisingly didn't talk at all about strikeforce or his fight with renzo in 11 days. just IFL. good watch though.

Is it just me or did the guy in the intro call it the Ultimate Fight League. LOL.. I am sure the IFL loved that!!!
