Best Ground and Pound Fighter's in MMA

Tito's GnP was just being argued in another thread earlier. He doesn't pass his opponent's guard, he GnP's from in his opponent's guard. I swear he's just looking to cut his opponent sometimes to get a ref stoppage. Tito is at best a decent GnP fighter... sorry just the way I see it.

I think Tito's G'nP is better because he can do the most damage without HAVING to pass the guard.

Well that will only get him so far, doesnt do bad for him in the UFC though.

First I know Tito is by far one of the most disliked fighters on this forum. But that does not mean the guy does not have great GnP, which he does. I think the fact that he doesnt have to pass guard to do it makes him even more dangrous, since guard is usually the safiest postion for a fighter on the bottom. I do not see how you can say that he just tries to cut someone to end the fight. Seeing that if you look at his record he has stopped one fight due to a cut. Yea, he goes to a lot of decision, but he still ends a lot of fights. Out of his 16 wins, he has 11 stoppages, either by TKO or submission and just 5 decisions. So yea, Tito does try to finish the fight and has some tough GnP.

Now for other I would have to put, Hughes of course. I would put Fedor, but he seems to tend to submit people instead of pounding them into submission. Couture is a another great that is obvious. As far as the best though, I am gonna have to go with Matt Hughes.

tito's gnp sux... tito hasnt finished a fight other than shammy since he cut elvis sinosic and that guy is a can, tito has barely ever beat a worthy fighter and i personally think he is way overrated, i mean really who has he really beat tahts all taht good...
