My friends said Forrest was crying after the fight. Is that true? I saw him say "I got knocked the fuck out, I'm leaving" then said something about going to party and walking away kinda about to cry again (again if he did before as my friends said).

He opened his mouth and sobbed like a child.

Yeh, he literally cried. He was supposed to beat The Dean to be considered in contention for the title. It's a big set back for him.

It should be something called effective training because it defeats the purpose of being the hardest training mma fighter and not be that good. His stand up is sub par, he has no power, and his ground game seems OK at best. The only reason why him and Bonner's fight was so good was because they both can't dodge a punch if their life depended on it.

I'm telling you, it's not lack of confidence i don't do sig bets i just won't take the time to make something cool to give someone, that's why i don't play.

As for the fight. Forrest did ok standing, but he has no power. I mentioned this before, he wasn't going to hurt Jardine. It wasn't just that one punch that ended it, that was setup with a VERY hard leg kick that was followed up by 2 more a little bit later Jardine landed. Forrest lost even more power in his shots after that cause he couldn't plant his leg right to throw after that. He was hurtin and never recovered from the first one that landed, Jardine threw everything he had in that kick and it came out of nowhere and landed perfectly, he was hurtin bad. If you missed that go back and watch that fight again. I mentioned in another post, Rogan and Goldberg were really hyping everything Forrest did but weren't crediting Jardine when he did something like it wasn't shit, CLEAR favoritism and it was annoying but luckily i was actually watching and seen what was actually going on. Forrest acting like he did was dumb, he acted like he should've blew this guy away, he lost to a BETTER fighter. He's no title contender and i knew that before and after the Tito fight. A 100% Tito would blow him out of the water and we might get to see a rematch with the way things played out. Maybe if Forrest fights and wins and Tito fights Babalu and wins or if they both lose their next fights also we can see it. Forrest DID buy into the hype the UFC put on him, big mistake.
