I tottally gassed out man!

I had this guy beat... feeding him strikes he was bleeding like a pig and when the second round came I got his nose bleeding and BOOM I hit a wall I just couldn't go on...

Oh well I learned something that night I learned that my heart rate can go up to 180BPM and I need way more cardio endurance than I thought lol!!!

I also learned that I really underestimate myself too much and I got really hard punch

I don't regret anything and I look forward to working even harder for the next fight

thanks everybody for your help too bad it all went out the window when that bell rang lol

where was the fight and what weightclass do you fight in and whats ur name so i can look you up sometime....

The fight was in Oneida Nation outside London Ontario Canada in the amateur heavyweight bout don't think you'll find my name yet especially if I'm 0-1 lolololol...

Start Jumpng rope alot and I maen alot and do more clintch fighting drills. Push yourself Bas Rutten has a great tape for cardio with 10 3min all out training manovers. Cardio was my issue also but my trainer could jump rope for a Whole hour!!!! I would be lucky if I could get to 30 mins averaged 20 to 25 min. Plus There many tricks for expanding your lungs capacity check some out like Breath ups etc.
